Officers

Mark Spohr, Chair

Mark has lived in Lenawee County for most of his life.  He grew up in Tecumseh and has been a member of the credit union over 40 years.  Mark has served as a volunteer at TLC since 1993.  His committee experience involves the Human Resources and Marketing Committees.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Board.  Mark works for the Tecumseh Products Company in Tecumseh.

Ron Wimple, Vice Chairman

Ron is currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Board at TLC Community Credit Union.  He is also very active in the community, serving on the Lenawee United Way Board, Lenawee Economic Development Board and the Selective Service Board.  He is currently employed at Michigan Human Resource Development Incorporated.  Ron has been a member for 30 years.

Wayne Zettel, Treasurer

Wayne has been a member since 1961.  He retired from TLC Community Credit Union in 2000 as Chief Executive Officer.  Wayne served at TLC as CEO for almost 40 years.  Since retirement, he has served on the board of directors.  Wayne currently serves as Treasurer and is also on the Asset Liability Management Committee.

Jim Baldwin, Secretary

Jim is a life-long resident of Lenawee County.  He has been a member of TLC Community Credit Union since 1992.  Jim has served as a volunteer for TLC since 2000.  Jim has assisted TLC as a volunteer on the Supervisory Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee, Board Secretary, Marketing Committee and has served as chair of the Nominating Committee.  Jim is very active in the community, volunteering for Hospice of Lenawee, Vounteer Education Committee, Lenawee Stroke Support Group, State Employees Retirement Assn., and is an Elder with First Christian Church.  He is a retiree form Sears Roebuck & Co.

Volunteers

Richard Egli

Dick currently has been a TLC member isnce 1996 and a volunteer for TLC since 2002.  He has volunteered on TLC's Supervisory and Marketing Committees.  His education includes a Bachelors Degree form Westminster College and a Master's Degree form Michigan State University.  He is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Michigan School Public Relations Association and the Public Relations Society of America.

Patty Gerth

Patty is a resident of Lenawee County and has been a member of TLC Community Credit Union since 1984. She began volunteering for TLC on the Supervisory Committee in 2006. Patty has been employed at Primore Inc. for 33 years in their accounting department. She holds an Associates degree from Jackson Community College.

David Miller

Dave has lived in Lenawee County since 1969.  He has been a member of the TLC Community Credit Union since 1981.  Dave has served the credit union since 1979.  He has served as Chairman of the Board, and has had positions on the Human Resources, Supervisory and Marketing committees.  Dave is retired from General Motors and lives in Tecumseh.

David Pittman

Dave has been a member of TLC since 1999.  He became a volunteer member of the Supervisory Committee in 2004.  Dave has earned two degrees form the University of Toledo:  a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a Master in taxation.  He holds a practicing Certified Public Accountant license (Michigan) and holds several designations.  Dave began is accounting career in 1985 and has been at Gleaner Life Insurance Society since 1992.  Dave also volunteers as a Board of Direcor on the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Lenawee County.

Linda Rosacrans

Linda is a long-time resident of Lenawee County and has been a member of TLC since 1974.  She began volunteering for TLC on the Supervisory Committee in 2005.  Linda has served as President of the American Legion Post #34, and volunteers for the American Cancer Society and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 

Lisa Runyan - VanderRhoer 

Lisa M. Runyan-VanderRhoer has been a member of TLC since 1999 and a volunteer since 2002. Her committee experience includes Asset Liability Management, Human Resources, and Secretary of the Supervisory Committee. Lisa currently serves as the Supervisory Committee Chair. Lisa earned a B.A. from the University of Hawaii. Preparing to become a Certified Public Accountant, she presently attends Adrian College. Lisa is also a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants as non-CPA affiliate member and has been certified as an Internal Revenue Service Tax Preparer. Lisa resides in Madison with her husband Matt and two children.
