TLC Home Banking
On busy days when it's hard to find time to visit or call the credit union, you can enjoy the convenience of using TLC Home Banking. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access your account and conduct your credit union business from the comfort of your home or office.
Sign onto TLC Community Credit Union's web site and click on TLC Home Banking. You can:
- Use your phone banking PIN to access TLC Home Banking
- Transfer money within your account
- Review past transactions
- Verifiy if certain checks have cleared your account
- Retrieve monthly statements
- Import your statement into Microsoft Money or Quicken software packages
- Pay any type of bill with TLC Bill Payment
- Change your pin number and password for home banking
- Keep track of your stock portfolio
Easy to Use
TLC Home Banking menus are easy to follow, and all activities are "on-line." Any transactions on your account, completed from any branch or location, appear immediately on the TLC Home Banking screens.

TLC Home Banking is a secured site, therefore business you conduct is safe and secure. It's one of the safest ways to conduct routine transactions. TLC Home Banking is available to members who register. No one else can access your account without your personal identification number and account number.

TLC Home Banking Sign-On Instructions
1. Sign on to www.tlccu.org , TLC Community Credit Union's web site.
2. Enter your account number (example 1234560).
3. Enter your four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) number and click ''login". (For your safety, the first time you sign in, you will be asked to change your PIN.)
4. You are now ready to start using TLC Home Banking.

Bill Pay - TLC's 24-Hour Bill Payment Service
- Pay anyone anytime via the Internet at your convenience
- FREE to TLC checking account members (Dormant usage fee applies)
- No limit to the number of payments allowed per month
Steps to apply for Bill Payment
To access the bill payment option please complete the on-line form located at our web site www.tlccu.org . Instructions are listed below for your convenience.
1. Sign on to TLC Community Credit Union's web site.
2. Enter your account number (example 1234560).
3. Enter your four digit PIN number and click ''login".
4. Click on the "Bill Payment" option.
5. Click on the "Apply for Bill Payment" icon.
6. Read the Electronic Bill Payment Disclosure and press OK if you accept these terms and conditions.
7. Fill out the on-line registration form.
8. Once activated, you will receive confirmation from the credit union via e-mail.
9. You are now ready to set-up your bills using bill payment.

Forgot Your Password?
Changing a forgotten Password
1. Click on this link: https://www.tlccuhb.org/onlineserv/HB/
2. Click on "Forgot your password? Click here to reset it yourself"
3. Enter your account number
4. Click the continue button
5. Enter the same three answers you chose when you established your forgotten password validation information (remember an exact match is required).
6. After three bad attempts you will be locked out and be forced to call TLC for a reset
7. Click the continue button
8. Enter a new password and confirm
9. Click the continue button
10. A confirming email will be sent to your email address on file
e-Statement
Too Much Mail?
Obtain your TLC Community Credit Union checking, savings, and even home equity statements, electronically. It’s safe, free, and easy. You’ll no longer have to wait for your statements to be delivered by mail.
To start receiving e-Statements, go to TLC’s website at www.tlccu.org, log on to home banking, click on e-Statements, fill in your name and email address, and accept the agreement by clicking on "Accept". You are now ready to start receiving e-statements!*
Once enrolled, you will receive a monthly e-mail that will direct you to TLC’s website (www.tlccu.org), where you will log on to home banking, and then simply click on the e-statements link at the top of the page. Your information is always safe and secure and made available to you faster than if it were sent by mail. You can view up to three months of statements* any time—day or night. And best of all, it’s totally free. Bonus TLC Rewards Points - Everyone who signs up for e-Statements will receive 500 TLC Rewards points.
Please call or stop by any TLC branch location for more information.
*Your first e-statement will be available early in the month following the month that you sign up (i.e. if you sign up for e-statements in December, your first e-statement will be for January and will be available in early February). No statements will be available until you receive an email from TLC. ** It will take 3 months after signing up for e-Statements before you are able to view three consecutive months. If at any time you need more than the previous three months, please contact the credit union.
