Launch details...
There's a few things we want to make sure you know prior to rolling out the enhanced versions of Online Banking, Bill Pay and the new Your $ Manager.
Things to do NOW....
- For security reasons, the new system does not allow your account number to be used as your User ID. To save time, we suggest that you reset it now to make logging in easy on February 17th. Updating your User ID needs to be done via a desktop or laptop computer, and can not be updated in the mobile banking app.
- Become familiar with the new multifactor authentication options by viewing the video below
- Write down what account alerts you have set up for your account. You'll need to re-enter them once we go live. (To find your alerts, click on "Alerts" in Online Banking, open "My Alerts")
- Password - the first time you log in TLC is implementing higher security standards. Therefore the first time you log on after 2/17/2021, you will be asked to do the following:
1. Enter your new User ID
2. Enter your password in ALL CAPS (even if your password is lower case in the old system)
3. Reset your password to some combination of lower, upper case and special characters - minimum 8 characters, and must start with a letter.
Deadlines...
- Scheduling, changing or canceling Bill Pay and external transfers will be disabled on 2/10/21. You may want to schedule your bills prior to this date.
- Bill Pay payments that were scheduled to occur between 2/12 and 2/17 will happen the night of 2/17. You will then have access to these areas
- Write down your scheduled external transfers. You will need to schedule the external transfers again in the new system (The institution you are transferring from/to will still be set up, but not the actual transfers.)
Conversion on February 17th
- Online Banking and Mobile Banking will go down the morning of 2/17 and the new product is expected to be available in the afternoon.
- You will need to use your user id (not your account number) and reset your password If you have not set up a new user id, please follow the instructions in the video above. And, you must use ALL CAPS when you enter your password the first time.
- Set up Alerts for your account.
- Watch your email or visit our YouTube channel to learn the latest features with this new product.

Account Opening
We have a group of employees working on options that would allow you to open more accounts online. Once a platform is chosen, we will begin rolling out the details for implementation
Rush Payment
Under our new Bill Pay system, a rush payment would allow you to pay a nominal fee to expedite the money to your payee. Look for that to be rolled out in the near future as well
