In order to verify your identity, the first time you call in you’ll need to enter your account number, followed by your full Social Security Number. This is the only time you will be asked to enter your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to create your audio access code. Once you verify your new audio access code, you are set up to use Phone Banking.

QUICK Commands

  • Press 3# to return to the main menu
  • Press the * key to return to the previous menu
  • Press the # key to repeat an option
  • Press 9* to enter a different account number
  • In Account History, press 1 to go to the next item
  • In Account History, press 2 to go to the previous item
  • Press 0 to transfer to TLC's Call Center (during business hours)


Helpful Hints

  • Wait for the prompt before entering your audio access code
  • Use the asterisk (*) as a decimal point when entering funds (e.g., enter 54*27 for $54.27)
  • Your Account ID is a 2-digit number that identifies each savings, checking or loan account - it can be found on your TLC statement or online in online banking
  • All menu options are stated to you. There is no reason to memorize the menu codes
