Getting started with Text Banking is easy. No app is required. Just log into Online Banking and register your phone.
To use Text Banking, you will send text messages to 90703. Each command that you send must be preceded by tlc. Below is a list of commands to get you started:

Returns a transaction history (the last five transactions) for a specified savings or loan account |

Transfers funds between a members sub-accounts. |
LOCK/UNLOCK |
Locks/unlocks access to Online Banking, preventing online login access. |
STOP |
Disables Text Banking SMS message delivery to the mobile device (the device will remain “registered” within Text Banking). |
START |
Enables Text Banking SMS message delivery to the mobile device |
