eStatements FAQ
In preparation for the 2/17/2021 launch of the NEW online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay platform, the FAQs below are answering questions about the NEW system. If you have any questions about the current system, please contact the credit union for more information.
What are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic copies of your account statements.
How do I enroll?
Opting into eStatements is quick and easy, just follow these steps:
- Log into Online Banking
- From the dashboard, click on the account you wish to view
- Select the "Documents" icon
- Follow the instructions and click "Submit"
If you wish to sign up for VISA eStatements, click on "Visa Statement Preferences" from the Documents page, select "Electronic" and "Save". You're now ready for eStatements! Starting with your next available statement from TLC, you will be able to access your online statements.
How do I access my eStatements?
When it's time for your next monthly statement, you can access it with these simple steps:
- Log into Online Banking
- From the dashboard, click on the account you wish to view
- Select the "Documents" icon
Your current eStatement is always at the top. If you don’t see the statement you need, contact us for more help.
How many months of eStatements can I view online?
You can view up to 3 years of eStatements any time - day or night.
Can I access my eStatements from any location?
Yes, as long as you have access to the World Wide Web, you may use Online Banking from any location in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
