Transfer to Any Member FAQ
In preparation for the 2/17/2021 launch of the NEW online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay platform, the FAQs below are answering questions about the NEW system. If you have any questions about the current system, please contact the credit union for more information.
How do I request a one-time transfer to any Member on Online Banking?
To transfer to another Member, select "Transfers, Transfer to a member" or "Member Transfer" from the dashboard. Select your account you wish to transfer from, entering the first 3 letters of the member's last name (or business name) you want to transfer to, their account number, account type, account id, and the amount you want to transfer. Click "Submit".
What do I do if I do not have the account number of the member I want to transfer to?
If you do not have the other Member’s information, please contact the member for this information.
What do I do if I do not know the last name of the member I want to transfer to?
If you do not have the other Member’s information, contact the member for this information.
How soon are transfers to other members posted on the account?
One time transfers to other members are posted immediately.
Can I request a recurring transfer to any member?
No, you can not set up a recurring transfer to any other Member. You must transfer money each time you wish to send money.
Who do I contact if I have further questions about transferring to other members on Online Banking?
Can I transfer to a loan on another Member's account?
Yes, you can transfer to any loan on the other Member’s account with the exception of Mortgage loans.
